Welcome to the Skin Cancer Task Force page.

1) To increase awareness about sun safety and skin cancer prevention through community outreach and educational events.

2) To decrease rates of melanoma and keratinocyte carcinomas across the state of Colorado.

Skin Cancer Task Force Successes

This year, we expect to staff over 15 community events! At these events, our team has conducted skin cancer checks, provided information on skin cancer prevention, distributed sunscreen, and educated participants through powerful images that instantly reveal areas of sun damage.
