Quality of Life & Survivorship

Purpose/Mission
Quality of life is an essential component of the Colorado 2010 Cancer Plan. In this chapter, quality of life will be discussed in four sections: survivorship, rehabilitation, palliative care, and hospice. Each section details objectives for education, access, services, and research. The goal of this chapter is to enhance the quality of life of cancer survivors living in Colorado. This goal may also impact the lives of caregivers, family, and support members of individual cancer survivors.
