An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Monday, repeating indefinitely

Focusing on alignment, balance, breathing and stretching. Poses will connect to your breath and will be modified as needed to students’ level of experience and the desire of the class. This class requires a consent to participate. Please register by contacting brendabiggerstaff@centura.org or 719-557-4548. Takes place every Monday from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
